Privacy Policy

What we collect. The URL and text you submit for analysis, generated reports, a hashed form of your IP address for free-tier metering, and (if you upgrade) your email and billing details handled by our payment processor.

How we use it. To run the analysis, enforce free-tier limits, generate shareable reports, process payments, and improve detection quality. We do not sell your data.

Shareable reports. A report you generate is accessible to anyone with its link. Do not submit confidential information you do not want shared.

Retention. Submitted content and reports are retained to keep report links working. You can request deletion of a report or your data at any time.

Your rights. Consistent with India's DPDP Act and the GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@claimcheck.aiskillhub.info.

Processors. We use third-party processors for payments and analytics. They process data on our behalf under their own safeguards.
