Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions (Pro). You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not auto-charge after cancellation.

Refunds. If the service is materially not functioning and we cannot resolve it within 7 days of your report, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

One-time packs. Agency report packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no reports have been generated against the pack.

How to request. Email billing@claimcheck.aiskillhub.info with your payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
